Lead Pastor
Administrative Assistant
The Lead Pastor at Lakeside Church will provide spiritual leadership, vision, and direction for the church, guiding it in fulfilling its mission to impact the local community and beyond. The Lead Pastor will work alongside a dedicated team of staff, elders, and ministry leaders to cultivate a diverse and thriving congregation that is engaged in gospel-centered worship, discipleship, and outreach. This individual will also continue to strengthen our relationship with Harbor Network, collaborating with other church leaders and contributing to the network’s mission of church planting and revitalization.

This position is administrative in nature with oversight in the areas of office and facility use, overall communications, and processes to assist and support the ministries of the church. This individual plays a crucial role in supporting the church’s mission by managing resources, coordinating schedules, and maintaining clear communication with staff, volunteers, and the congregation. Experience in office management and financial systems is desirable for this position.
